“Bol Mhari machli kitro pani, hum Barabar itro pani” Rajasthan has become the first state in the country to provide real-time data on how much water is present in each dam. Now in Rajasthan, we can get real-time information with just one click about the amount of water in dams, canals, and other water sources—thanks to its newly launched live dam data portal.
Our Water Resources Minister, Suresh Singh Rawat, has inaugurated the State Water Resources Information System Dashboard. This live dam data portal will not only help in predicting floods and droughts but will also support better water management based on real-time availability. With the launch of this portal, Rajasthan has become the first state in the country to do so.
As of now, data from 805 dams will be available on the live dam data portal, out of which daily data from 242 dams and live data from 88 dams will be accessible. So, how did you like our content?
